Development brief
We define intended use, target customer, quantity, market position, measurements, materials, protection level, branding and packaging before sampling begins.
Explore the connected manufacturing process behind our boxing, MMA, martial arts and performance-apparel ranges.
Naz Fightwear combines product development, specialist craft processes and structured quality control in one manufacturing workflow. Buyers receive a clear route from initial brief to approved sample, bulk production and export packing.
We work with fight brands, distributors, gyms, academies and sports teams that need custom construction and private-label presentation—not generic stock with a logo added at the end.

We define intended use, target customer, quantity, market position, measurements, materials, protection level, branding and packaging before sampling begins.

Leather, synthetics, performance fabrics, foam systems and trims are selected around the approved performance and price position. Patterns are prepared and panels cut for consistent assembly.

Panels are aligned, stitched and reinforced at stress points. Seam construction, thread, panel shape and closure details are controlled against the approved sample.

For protective equipment, foam components are layered, shaped and fitted to achieve the agreed protection, balance, comfort and silhouette. Apparel moves through assembly and finishing appropriate to its fabric and construction.

Logos, embroidery, prints, patches, woven labels, size labels, hangtags and packaging are applied to the approved position, scale, colour and finish.

Finished goods are checked for construction, dimensions, function, appearance, branding and quantity. Approved goods are cleaned, packed, carton-marked and prepared for the agreed shipping route.
Process details are adapted to the product, but specification control remains consistent.
Boxing gloves, MMA gloves, guards, pads and protective training gear.
BJJ gis, karate uniforms, taekwondo doboks and academy programmes.
Rashguards, shorts, activewear, compression products and training sets.
Sublimated kits, jerseys, tracksuits and coordinated club collections.
Once construction, measurements, materials, colour and branding are approved in writing, the sample and specification guide bulk production. Requested changes after approval may require revised timing, pricing or a new sample.
